The governor will ask you to steal some imported goods from an enemy's nation transport convoy.

If you obtained the required amount of goods deliver them to the governor's town market. Talk to the governor to receive your reward.
Without a Letter of Marque your reputation with neutral nations will be harmed.

Time limit: 40 days
