How to find a buccaneer
To find a buccaneer you need some convoys covering a wide part of the caribbean.
After you received the message that a buccaneer attacked town XY, you should move your convoys to that region. Only one of them has to be a military convoy.
Please keep in mind that you need a Letter of Marque against the buccaneer's nation to fight him without negative consequences.
His convoy looks like a ordinary military convoy of his nation, with one little difference. The convoy has the name of the buccaneer.
It is just a matter of time until you find the buccaneer convoy. One convoy has to stay in his visibilty range, all other convoys are not needed anymore, except one military convoy. Send this convoy to the buccaneer and capture him. You can also sink him but you can get some ransom when you "sell" him to his nation.
You will lose reputation with the buccaneers nation and gain reputation with all other nations, in case you have a Letter of Marque.
