Provoke a war
From time to time a war is necessary/ welcome.
You can not directly provoke a war. Nonetheless you can capture or destroy military convoys of the nation you would like to attack. Its military strength will decrease. The nation you would like to fight for has to have a strong military status. Maybe that leads the viceroy to declare a war.
Hint: You should already have a Letter of Marque, else your reputation will decrease. It will take some time to regain your reputation. |
